Bruce Johnson, President
Bruce Johnson launched NextLevel Leadership which he ran full time for 7 years. NextLevel Leadership helps charities and churches implement clear directional strategies, create exceptional boards and build strong leadership teams. He continues to help clients through NextLevel Leadership while serving full-time as president of SIM USA, an international mission.
He has over 35 years of leadership and management experience serving numerous nonprofits and churches. Assignments have taken him throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. He has been part of designing and launching several leadership development programs.
In addition, he was one of the founding leaders of the Arrow Leadership Program and continues to lead Arrow workshops and tele-conference sessions.
While leading SIM is Bruce’s primary focus, he continues to do some consulting work with other organizations and churches through NextLevel.
The resources and workshops he has produced have trained thousands of executives in effective organizational leadership. Among his writings:

· Destination Planning,TM a proprietary, uncomplicated planning system with tools to focus an entire church or ministry in a common direction, mobilize people and implement the plan.
· Workshops and seminars on the topics of church boards, board governance, leading by values, high capacity teams, effective meetings, and life-focus for executives.
He has served on several boards of directors including chair of the Harris YMCA, Charlotte, NC, the second largest YMCA in North America and considered by many as the most outstanding YMCA in the U.S. In addition, he is an active elder in his local church that has over 1,500 attending.
